一直从事纳米多孔材料的制备及功能化方面的研究工作。通过对骨架结构定向设计并对其进行后修饰从而实现多孔材料的功能化应用。定向制备的多孔材料在气体分离、醇水分离、能源存储、污染物捕获、放射性元素富集等领域有潜在的应用价值。在Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Nanoscale、Chemical Communications等高水平期刊上发表学术论文近30篇,被引用440余次。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项,主持辽宁省教育厅科学研究项目1项,作为骨干力量参与国家及省部级课题5项。授权发明专利3项。2018年获得辽宁省“百千万人才工程”万层次人才称号。
